BRAYAN NAVARRO MARQUEZ
Brayan hails from the small town of Floyd, located just outside of Portales, New Mexico. A proud graduate of Eastern New Mexico University, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology in 2021. Shortly after, he pursued his passion for renewable energy by transferring to Mesalands Community College, where he earned his Occupational Certificate in Wind Energy Technology within that same year.
In December of 2024, Brayan made the decision to move to Lubbock from Oklahoma that marked an exciting new chapter in his personal and professional journey. Seeking new opportunities for growth and development, he’s expanding his horizons while continuing to pursue his passion for renewable energy. As a college-educated professional with a strong work ethic, Brayan is deeply inspired by his immigrant roots, driving him to do his best in everything he does. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to excellence, he approaches each project with the same level of precision and dedication that has shaped his career thus far. As a devoted catholic, he is deeply rooted in faith and family values that pushes him to achieve everything he does as a servitude to God and his kingdom.
EDWARD GARCIA-SOTELO
Edward was raised in a small rural town called Portales, New Mexico. He moved to Lubbock in September of 2023 in order to further advance his career opportunities in hopes to make an impact to it's community. He is currently an attending college student on track to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2026. Alongside with Brayan, he also attended Mesalands Community College, where he earned his certificate in Wind Energy Technology to pursue his passion in the renewable industry. Growing up in a single-parent household with an immigrant background, he's inspired by his mother’s sacrifices to do good in everything he does which fuels his drive to succeed in a way to honor her strength and perseverance.
In addition to being a co-owner, he's a full-time real estate agent at Clear Rock Realty—always eager to help others and make a difference in their lives no matter the position is. He takes great pride in his initiative, optimism, and ability to bring his ideas to life. Whether it’s in business or in his life, he strives to turn visions into reality. As a devoted Catholic, he places God’s plans above his own, trusting that his guidance leads him in all things he does.

For the past seven years, we’ve been best friends and even prouder to call each other business partners now. We were united by a shared vision, a deep passion for making a difference. Over the years, we’ve talked about how we could create something that not only brought us together professionally but also allowed us to give back to the community.
This dream led to the birth of Bandoleros Vehicle Detailing. We wanted to build a business that would not only provide exceptional service but also leave a lasting legacy. Our goal is simple: to make a positive impact, one car at a time. We believe that through dedication, quality, and a true commitment to our customers, we can leave a mark on this world—and on the people we serve.
